Develop training programs for three of the companys major products: CellCept, Roferon-A, and Tasmar
The Result
Learning Designs created training programs for three Roche products.
- The CellCept Sales Desk Reference (SDR) provided training on Roche's immunosuppressive agent for use in heart, liver, and kidney transplantation. In addition to describing the drug itself, the SDR covered topics including transplantation immunology, graft rejection, other immunosuppressants, clinical trials, reimbursement issues, and the market
- The Roferon-A Sales Desk Reference provided a similarly detailed treatment for the Roche product used in treatment of Hepatitis C Virus.
- The Tasmar Sales Desk Reference focused on Roche's product for use in the treatment of Parkinson's disease.
To help reinforce the SDRs, Learning Designs also developed:
- Competitive binders including market, product, and selling information related to competitive products
- Quick reference guides summarizing information in the SDRs
- Patient case studies to be used following each segment of the self-instructional SDRs
- Competency examinations to assess sales representatives' achievement of learning objectives
