Interactive online training
Our interactive training programs are designed to be delivered online. The training can stand alone or be integrated into larger, multi-component training systems. Among the choices are tutorials, interactive case studies and computer-based assessments/coaching programs.
Our tutorials continually engage and challenge training participants. The interactive case studies simulate typical job scenarios, allowing participants to practice on-the-job skills. Numerous companies have partnered with us to create computerized, interactive coaching systems. These systems provide clear procedures and tools with which managers can evaluate the skills of their employees and coach them toward improved job performance.
