webinars
LDI develops “webinars” to introduce and reinforce key concepts and principles. Webinars include brief video presentations from key internal or external subject matter experts supported with slides including graphics and summary bullet points. Participants view the presentations and then respond to review questions or exercises to assess and reinforce their learning. The webinars can be accessible via the web or available on CDs. An advantage of the webinar format is that participants are able to repeat it as frequently as needed to fully comprehend the information presented.
